By the amount of carotene, broccoli is second only to carrots, and the zinc contained in it together with vitamins C and E protects the body from free radicals.

Fiber and dietary fiber, which is rich in broccoli, actively removes from our intestines all the toxins and toxins accumulating there.

Due to the content of B group vitamins, broccoli has a beneficial effect on the human nervous system, and the phytoncids, which are also enough in it, do not allow breeding bacteria and fungi.
