After all, it increases the elasticity of the skin and muscles, which is very important in childbirth and helps to avoid tears. Also this is the most natural and effective remedy for stretch marks. Carrot juice is rich in vitamins and trace elements. It contains cobalt, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, copper, zinc, iron, iodine, boron, folic acid.
